Think of the white sand, hot sunshine, clear water, calming shore. This would be the best place to relax.
All the Filipinos are proud of this place, even not all of them were able to visit this place. Its kinda remote area and be needing couple of transportation services to reach the place but once you reach the Island itself it would be worth it. The Island is large enough to have a community who take care of the beaches or resorts. few meters from the beach you will find several shops, stores, restaurants, fast foods and more for the tourist's convenient. Also there are some Souvenir shops that we can find scattered everywhere. All items in souvenir shop shows the culture they have in their place.
Your visit in Boracay will never be completed if your don't see the landscape at night. The island will change its appearance when the sun falls and the entertainer started to get your attention. One of the stunning performance are the fire dancer. They perform in group and in solo, even me was stunned shown in this performance. Also there are disco bars can find along this place.
As you wake up in the morning, I advise to take a walk along the shore, you can find anything from the sands even trashes, there are small crabs, shells, seaweeds and anything that you can pick and be your own free souvenir.
Can you see those sand, molded into castle or anything for attraction, it was made by the children residing nearby the beach and they ask you to lend them some coins and take a picture with their art works. I dont know if its good or something wrong with it. But nothings wrong I see for giving them some cents.
